Customer service was great.Only problem was that after I gave the cashier my credit card and rewards card she told me that I have a pick 2 reward that had to be redeemed within 2 days and the only way to take advantage right then was to add an item to my order or get half of my order and be refunded on my cc within 24 hours.The salad and sandwich were good as usual.

Very friendly customer service. Drive thru is longer than regular fast food but that is to be expected. They always receive my order accurately and the employees always have a great attitude. I also have tried the preorder online service and it works like a charm. I highly recommend this location and have never had a bad experience.

The lack of attention to delivery orders is getting old, this has happened to me numerous of times where I would pay for something extra and did not receive, then noticed it last minute. Still one of my favorite restaurants. But seriously get it together, you already get a paycheck so earn the tip.

I never write negative reviews on anything but my experience this morning was so unpleasant I just feel that it needs to be shared. 1st of all, I am a loyal panera customer and eat at their locations regularly, as well as use them for catering business lunches. What I walked up to the counter this morning, I didn't even have a chance to get there and a young man behind the register immediately said I'm sorry but I'm not going to help you I'm on break. It took me a little off guard and I said that's fine I can wait for someone else. A few minutes later a young woman came up and asked what she could get for me. I ordered a coffee and a 4 cheese souffle, to which she told me that I could not get any breakfast items as they were now serving lunch. Mind you, it is 10:26 a.m.. I said OK then just give me the coffee. As I was waiting, I went to the restroom and it was absolutely filthy. I was totally shocked with this experience. I have never had a bad experience at any panera in any city or state, but this location is absolutely atrocious. The staff is rude and unprofessional and the facility is filthy dirty.
